Company Suite Settings Overview

The Company Suite Settings page allows authorized users to create and maintain overall system settings for their organization. Company Suite Settings provides the ability to set up many of the defaults used throughout New World ERP.

To access the Company Suite Settings page, go to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > System > Company Suite Settings.

The Company Suite Settings page contains the following tabs to maintain the information:

Company

Vendor/Items

Revenue Defaults

Revenue Address

eSuite

Payments

G/L Setup

Journal Processing

Counters

When working on Company Suite Settings, you can move among the tabs without saving the information. When you are finished working on the last tab you need to define, click Save to retain the information for all of the tabs. To print a listing of all system settings, click Print. The Company Suite Settings Listing is sent to myReports. To run the Company Suite Settings Change Tracking Report, click Audit.
